The luxurious facilities offered at this venue were outstanding. the exclusive indoor swimming pool and heated swimming pool were amazing and the sun loungers were really comfortable. the room amenities were top-quality and the restaurant was delicious.
It would be helpful if this was made clearer before arrival.

Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel's location offers a serene environment. It is conveniently located close to the main train station and a short distance from a metro station. the hotel rooms are spacious with modern and stylish decor, and the facilities are brand new. the staff is friendly, always willing to help, and the breakfast is great.
The hotel charges a high deposit which is not made clear before arrival and can be a surprise.

The room was spacious and had great amenities such as an espresso machine and comfortable bedding. The location was ideal, with many dining options nearby and easy access to public transportation.
The noise level in the lobby was very high and disruptive during the night. the staff was not accommodating when it came to providing additional capsules for the espresso machine.

The hotel is in a great central location, close to the main train station and the city center. The metro station is also nearby, making it easy to get around. The hotel facilities are brand new and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

The facilities were great; the rooms were spacious and well-decorated. There was also an espresso machine in the room which was a nice touch. the hotel was in a great location - it was within walking distance of the metro station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. the hotel offered a great value for the price.
One negative aspect was the fact that there was a large deposit required upon arrival, which caught us off guard. there were some noise disturbances at night which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
